May want to build a taming pen to lure them in to if you are new. Also if you have trouble getting wood with them press your jump button because that’s what gathers the most wood for some. Beavers have a 50% weight reduction and mammoths have a 66% reduction i think because one stack for them it’s 12.5 lbs.
