Wood elves are the rarest race in the game, and i've never encountered a random wood elf generic npc. These wood elves are all male beggars and wear randomly determined farm clothes (7 variations) or a belted tunic, a pair of boots (4 variations), with a 50% chance for a hat (3 variations).

Wood elves are unnamed and deceased bosmer scattered around skyrim.There is also a woodelf in one of the lower houses in riften, but that's an npc. There are some dead hunters nearby and one of them is usually a wood elf.Use the cave entrance and the back entrance will take you to it.

Jedinat 10 years ago #4.There is a dead wood elf impaled in the spike pit near halted streams camp. Additionally there is a slim chance they may carry a lockpick and a small amount of gold.
